'Distinctive, dynamic and diverse' (Banbury Guardian)

Artistic policy

We offer an unusually varied programme of theatre productions and drama projects producing contemporary theatre at its best.

We deliver exciting theatre for a diverse audience.

We utilise fresh, energetic and raw talents of young creative artists in conjunction with the expertise of the more established practitioners to generate a fertile environment for the nourishment of all their creative talents.

The company has a broad base of over two hundred affiliated members; an extensive network of local actors, writers, designers, dancers and choreographers, musicians and composers, film makers and producers.

Through our productions we embrace and positively encourage local performing arts students and professional practitioners to work side by side. It has been the success of this approach that justified the formal establishment of the company.

The continuation of our commitment to utilising a range of talents remains core to the company's artistic policy. We continually look to further establish and develop such invaluable links.

CTC is the resident theatre company at the Mill Arts Centre in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
